Introduction

Welcome to the Site|SafetyNet℠ “Try Before You Buy” Initiative (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, offering a trial of our Site|SafetyNet℠ safety apps (“Service”) for educational institutions (“Participant” or “you”).

Eligibility

1. Participation is open to accredited educational institutions within the jurisdictions where Site|SafetyNet℠ operates.
2. Participants must be authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of their institution.

Program Overview

1. The Program allows Participants to access the Service for a trial period specified at sign-up (“Trial Period”).
2. At the end of the Trial Period, Participants may purchase a subscription to continue using the Service.

Participant Obligations

1. Provide accurate information about your institution when signing up.
2. Use the Service under its intended purpose and adhere to any guidelines provided by Site|SafetyNet℠.
3. Provide feedback about your experience with the Service, if requested.

Intellectual Property

1. Site|SafetyNet℠ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any software, documentation, and intellectual property related to the Service.
2. Participants may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any Service part.

Data Protection

1. Participants agree to comply with applicable data protection laws regarding any personal data processed while using the Service.
2. Site|SafetyNet℠ will process personal data provided by Participants by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Site|SafetyNet℠ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

General

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Site|SafetyNet℠ regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements.
2. These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction laws in which Site|SafetyNet℠ is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Site|SafetyNet℠ reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.
