1. Are all lighted exit signs operational, clearly visible, and pointing in the correct direction?
2. Are hallways leading to exit doors free of obstructions?
3. Do all exit doors provide direct and unobstructed access to a sidewalk?
4. Are doors easily mistaken for exits labeled as "NOT AN EXIT" to avoid confusion?
5. Are clear and precise emergency evacuation maps posted in critical locations?
7. Is the alarm system in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, including provisions for hearing and/or visual impairments?
8. Is emergency lighting properly installed and functioning?
